Will Boartfield (b.1973) is an instrumental music educator and composer who hails from Alabama. Will currently has numerous pieces in publication including works for Concert Band, Marching band, and Percussion Ensemble. Will is proud to have earned a J.W. Pepper Editors Choice designation.

Will is an alumnus of Troy (State) University and is honored to have been a student of legendary Band Master, Dr. John M. Long. Will has also had the privilege of studying arranging with Mr. Ralph Ford and Mr. Robert W. Smith.

Will and his wife Jen currently reside in Prattville, Alabama. They are active in their church and are proud parents of a daughter and many pets.
